Doing Our Bit For Children In Need
Think Insurance Take Part In Children In Need Fundraiser
This year, members of the Think Insurance team have donned pyjamas and onesies in a bid to do our part in raising money for Children in Need.
With members of staff wearing Star Wars, Mario and Cookie Monster onesies amongst other wonderful outfits, we’ve managed to raise £130for the BBC Children in Need charity.
Since its inception almost 40 years ago in 1980, over £600 million has been raised for disadvantaged children and young adults across the United Kingdom.
Last year a record total of £60 million was raised for Children in Need, including a whopping £46,624,259 from the annual telethon. We’re hoping our contribution will help the Children in Need charity set another record fundraising total.
This year’s annual telethon, live from BBC Elstree Centre, will start at 7:30pm tonight (Friday 17th November 2017) on BBC One and will be hosted by Tess Daly, Rochelle Humes, Graham Norton, Ade Adepitan, Marvin Humes, and Mel Giedroyc.
