Why Is It Important To Have Employers’ Liability Insurance?

Firstly, it is important to have motor trade Employers’ Liability insurance in place, as it is a requirement of law to have at least £5m of cover in place. The second reason is that it gives your employees peace of mind that should something happen, you are covered to compensate them and they won’t be left high and dry if anything happens to them and they are unable to work, and you are unable to afford to compensate them personally.
